1. What this is
This page is a plain-language summary of the All Access Executive Services ("AAES", "we", "us") referral partner program. It is not the binding contract and not legal advice — if you are approved as a partner, a separate written referral partner agreement sets out the governing terms, and that signed agreement controls wherever it differs from this summary.
2. Eligibility
Submitting the referral form is an application, not acceptance. We review each application and, at our sole discretion, decide whether to invite you into the program and send you the partner agreement. Nothing on this site creates a partnership until that agreement is signed.
3. How referrals work
As a partner, you introduce prospective clients to AAES. A referral becomes qualified only when the person you referred is properly attributed to you, engages AAES, and becomes a paying client under our normal terms. Simply submitting a name does not, by itself, earn a commission.
4. Commissions
Approved partners earn a commission on each qualified referral. The commission basis and rate are set out in your partner agreement. Commissions are not guaranteed, are earned only on qualified referrals, and may be adjusted if a referred client cancels, refunds, or does not pay.
5. How you are paid
Commissions are paid by Zelle to the email or phone you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that contact and for keeping it current — we are not liable for a payment sent to an outdated or incorrect Zelle contact you gave us. We hold your payout contact for this purpose only; see our Privacy Policy.
6. Taxes
Partners are independent — not employees, agents, or joint venturers of AAES. You are responsible for your own taxes on any commissions. If we pay you $600 or more in a calendar year, we may require a completed W-9 and issue a 1099 as the law requires.
7. Eligible services
Referral commissions apply only to eligible services we designate. We will not pay a referral fee for any introduction that would be unlawful or that implicates regulated activity — including, without limitation, healthcare referrals (Florida's Patient Brokering Act) and licensed private-security services — and we may exclude any service from the program at any time.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree to represent AAES honestly and only as authorized; to not spam, mislead, or make promises on our behalf; to not imply you are an employee or agent of AAES; and to comply with all applicable laws, including marketing, privacy, and anti-spam rules. We may decline or claw back a commission tied to a referral obtained improperly.
9. Changes and ending the program
Either of us may end the partnership at any time. We may update this summary and the program terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date, and the signed agreement governs the specifics of notice and any commissions already earned.
